It's our last week of school before "finals"! You are almost 10th graders. Please hang in there one last week.
Below is this week's agenda - read it thoroughly as all the details you need are listed below:
1. Last Assignment - the AVID "Final"
For your "final" in AVID, you will reflect on this past school year as well as set goals for next year. This is our only final for the semester.
In your OneNote binder, in the 9th grade section, answer the following:
1. Where are you keeping your OneNote binder copies?
2. Reflection
a. List one academic goal for 10th grade.
b. What advice would you give an incoming 9th grader regarding school?
3. What binder/organization system would you like to use next year?
2. OneNote Binders!
At Tuesday's Zoom, I also required students to copy their OneNote binders to a safe location IN CASE (just in case) the district does switch to Google Classroom.
By Friday, 6/5, you need to copy the following items to your Google Drive or save on a USB (or any place you can access them again in our class next year if Microsoft "disappears"):
A. Copy your 10 colleges
B. Copy your Parent Interview
C. Copy anything else you would like to keep
*DO NOT DELETE YOUR ONENOTE BINDER INFORMATION! Just simply have a copy in another location.
3. Agenda
There is no agenda due this week, but you still need to keep track of your assignments, be it in your agenda book or in OneNote. Don't let that habit go!
4. Tutorial
There is no tutorial this week. Our tutors had other obligations. We will resume tutorials in class next school year.
